By installing and using Drastit Tom, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app or uninstall it.
Usage license
Drastit Tom is granted under a non-exclusive usage license for personal or professional use on your iOS devices, according to the pricing terms in effect. The source code, visual identity and Drastit Tom brand remain the exclusive property of Drastit.
Use
The app is provided 'as is', with no express or implied warranty. Drastit strives to provide a stable application but is not bound to any obligation of availability or result.
It is your responsibility to regularly check the consistency of your calendars in your native applications. Drastit is not responsible for any missing, duplicated or erroneous events caused by a software bug.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Drastit cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Drastit Tom (lost appointments, lost productivity, etc.).
No provision excludes or limits Drastit's liability in cases of gross or intentional misconduct.
Modifications
Drastit may modify these terms at any time. Any modification takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the app after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
