The origin of the name drastit
In ancient Greece, efficiency was not an option, it was a virtue. The name drastit is rooted in this philosophy.
The main root. In ancient Greek, drastikos means 'active', 'effective', 'energetic'. An IT approach that doesn't just run; it produces concrete results.
The verb of practical accomplishment. Unlike gnosis (theoretical knowledge), draô is action in the field. We don't do theory. We make things work.
In Greek, the suffix -itês denotes belonging to a group or city. Drastit: 'one who belongs to the world of action'. We are part of the client's team, their IT hoplite.
