Help and support, Drastit Tom
How to use Tom, answers to common questions, and direct contact.
How it works
- 1
First launch
Tom asks for access to your iOS calendars, then automatically discovers all your accounts (Gmail, iCloud, M365, shared agendas).
- 2
Activate calendars
In Settings, you choose which calendars Tom should follow. You can enable or disable them individually at any time.
- 3
Configure your mirrors
For each calendar, you can choose to which other calendars events should be copied (mirrors). You also decide if Tom includes title, location, description, or just a 'busy' slot.
- 4
See everything in one place
The Calendar screen shows all your events (sources + mirrors) grouped together. Different colors per account for quick visual reference.
- 5
Handle conflicts
If two events overlap between accounts, Tom warns you. You can accept the conflict (intentional double-booking), mark it as resolved, or act by opening the source calendar.
- 6
Sync when you want
Tom syncs automatically in the background. You can also force a manual sync at any time from the sync button on the Calendar screen.
