Data collected

No data is sent to a Drastit or third-party server. Drastit Tom processes your calendars locally, directly on your iPhone.

We do not collect identifiers, email addresses, event content, or usage telemetry. No analytics. No advertising.

iOS permissions

The app requests access to your iOS calendars (NSCalendarsFullAccessUsageDescription). This access is used exclusively to read your events and create mirrors between your accounts, on your device.

You can revoke this access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy > Calendars.

Locally stored data

Drastit Tom keeps certain configurations on your iPhone: your mirror rules, your notification preferences, your active calendars, your chosen language. These are stored in local SQLite and SharedPreferences. They do not leave your device.

When you uninstall the app, this data is automatically erased by iOS.

Right to erasure

You can erase all data stored by Drastit Tom at any time via the 'Reset local configuration' button in Settings > Advanced. This clears accounts, calendars, mirror rules and conflicts stored in Drastit Tom, without touching your actual calendars.

Compliance

Drastit Tom complies with GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and Swiss nFADP (new Federal Act on Data Protection, effective September 2023).

As the app is local-only, most obligations relating to central data transfer and storage do not apply.

Changes to this policy

If the privacy policy is modified, the last-updated date above will be adjusted. For major changes, a notification will be shown in the app at next launch.
