The product
Drastit Tim is a mobile-first web app for logging and approving working hours. Each team member fills in their timesheet in seconds from their phone (morning, afternoon, one tap each) while managers keep a clear view of who has submitted, who has been approved, and what's still pending.
The workflow follows the natural life of a timesheet: entry, submission, approval by the manager (or upload of a signed PDF if you prefer the paper trail), then lock. Any reopening for correction is tracked, with a full unlock history, useful for audits or disputes.
Beyond the current month, Tim keeps the memory: each team member can run several activities in parallel (a 60% client mission alongside a 40% internal activity, for instance), and track their hours balance over several months with a dedicated dashboard. Turning an administrative chore into a piece of management data.
